Access to Ford Theatre Grounds
The Ford grounds are open for preshow picnicking two hours prior to performances. For Saturday morning Big!World!Fun! family events and Monday evening JAM Sessions, the grounds open one hour prior.
In deference to the artists and the audience, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house staff at an appropriate pause in the program. Also, those who leave the performance may not be re-admitted until an appropriate break or at intermission.

As a courtesy to the artists and your neighbors, please silence all cell phones and noise emitting devices.
Lost and Found
Articles will be held by the house manager until the end of the performance.

Photography and Recording
Snapping photos of yourself and your friends before the show, during intermission and after the show is encouraged. Tag us @FordTheatres! However, keep those iPads and tablets tucked away during the show and NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY.
Professional photography and sound or video recording is prohibited without advance written permission. Offenders may be ejected and liable for damages. To request permission, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your use of a ticket constitutes acknowledgement of willingness to appear in photographs, video and film taken in public areas of the Ford Theatres and releases the Ford Theatres, its lessees and all others from liability resulting from use of such images.
Smoking is permitted only in the following designated areas:
• The aisle A side exit door landing one level below concessions
• The landing one level below the aisle D door (Winter season only)
Designated smoking areas are clearly marked with signage. Smoking is prohibited anywhere else on the premises. For assistance, please ask an usher.
Due to the hazard of brush fires, Ford Theatres management reserves the right to periodically ban smoking on entire premises. At these times, signage will be posted at the main entrances to the theatre and at the usual designated smoking areas indicating that smoking is currently prohibited.
